Dirk Van Daele

Chairman

Dirk Van Daele is the Chairman of Fyber’s supervisory board. Van Daele commands over 25 years of international business experience in the commercial banking,finance, and technology sectors in both Europe and Asia. Since 2004, he has been active in alternative finance in Europe via DAM Capital S.à r.l., a joint-venture between Philip Anschutz and Dresdner Bank, and subsequently Belvall Capital SA of Ripplewood Holdings. Dirk holds an MA in Economics from the University of Louvain, Belgium and Licentiaat Toegepaste Economie from the University of Antwerp, Belgium. He was also admitted to the Centre of Creative Leadership in Greenboro, NC, USA.

Jens Schumann

Board Member

After finishing his studies in law in 1998, Jens Schumann started working for the internet agency Icon Medialab AG in Hamburg. After six months, he co-founded Tipp24 AG (today Zeal Network SE) and IPOed it in 2005. After regulatory changes in Germany, the company moved its major assets to the UK in 2009 and changed its business model. After managing these successful changes, Schumann left the company. He then started advising and financing start-ups, worked as an interim MD for Alecto GmbH (friendsurance.de) and joined several Boards as a non-executive member.

Yaron Valler

Board Member

Yaron Valler is a partner at Target Global prior to joining Target Yaron managed Hasso Plattner Ventures. While at HPV Yaron invested in companies such as Panaya (sold to Infosys), Fyber (sold to Fyber N.V.), Delivery Hero and many other leading companies in Berlin and Israel. Before that Yaron led the enterprise software practice at Giza Venture Capital where he invested in companies such as Soluto (sold to Asurion), Yadata (sold to Microsoft) and eGlue (sold to NICE Systems), was an early stage investor at the Technion Incubator, and was a co-founder and VP of business development at Excedo Technologies. Yaron holds an MBA from INSEAD in France and a B.Sc. in Information Systems Engineering from Ben-Gurion University in Israel.

Karim Sehnaoui

Interim Board Member

Karim Sehnaoui is currently the General Manager of The Reference Group SARL, a financial advisory firm based in Geneva. Mr Sehnaoui is an investment professional with over 17 years’ experience in private equity, venture capital, corporate finance and project management. He has held several C-Level positions in investment management firms and others, including CEO and CIO positions. Mr Sehnaoui has helped launch and/or is an advisor to, several tech start-ups. Since January 2018, Mr. Sehnaoui is a board member of Track Group, a security tech company based in the US.

Ziv Elul

CEO

Ziv Elul co-founded Inneractive in 2007 and served as its CEO, expanding the company globally, and achieving profitability, with consecutive 3-digit year-over-year growth. In 2016, Fyber N.V acquired Inneractive and Ziv was appointed as the next CEO of Fyber N.V. Since stepping into his role in July 2017, he has been leading the successful integration of Fyber, Heyzap, and Inneractive into one consolidated entity, under the Fyber brand, with the goal of bringing the best components of each group into one cutting-edge, unified technology platform. Under his leadership, Fyber N.V. reached profitability for the first time as a unified company.

Dani Sztern

Deputy CEO

Dani served as Inneractive’s COO & CFO since March 2014, before taking the role of Deputy CEO for Fyber N.V. in July 2017. He brings over 20 years of diverse experience at large and small public and private companies in the software industry, as both COO and CFO. He heads Fyber’s corporate strategic projects team, the integration process of the acquired assets, overseeing the global operations and driving growth and optimization through processes across departments and offices.

Yaron Zaltsman

CFO

Yaron leads Fyber’s global finance organization. He brings extensive knowledge and experience working within public companies worldwide, specifically on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. In his last role, he led the successful 2015 IPO of ADO Properties (market cap €1.5 billion) on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, raising €400 million.

Crid Yu

COO

Crid Yu’s digital career started at Google where he spent 8 years building their businesses in China, Southeast Asia, and other geographies. At Google he was also an early leader on developing monetization strategies for YouTube and lead a team to launch a new premium ad network. Since 2011, Crid has held several roles in the startup world including Buddy Media and InMobi. Earlier in his career Crid was a management consultant at McKinsey and Company. He also holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
